The Cashmere Bulldogs will be well represented this summer as three senior football players have been selected to compete in the Earl Barden Classic (2A/1A/B East/West Football All-Star Game).
Quarterback Rylan Hatmaker, wide receiver Logan Spies, and utility player Isaac Zavala have all earned spots on the East Team and will take the field on Saturday, June 20. The annual all-star game showcases many of the top senior football players from across Washington in the 2A, 1A, and B classifications.
Hatmaker, Spies, and Zavala capped off their Bulldog careers with an outstanding senior season this past fall. The trio helped lead Cashmere to an 11-win season and a memorable run to the 1A State Championship Game at Husky Stadium, where the Bulldogs finished as state runners-up and brought home the second-place state trophy.
Their selection to the Earl Barden Classic is a testament to their individual talent, leadership, and the success of the Cashmere football program.
