The Washington State Volleyball Coaches Association has released its 2025 1A State All-Tournament Team, and Cashmere High School is proudly represented. Following the Bulldogs’ impressive third-place finish last weekend at the Yakima SunDome, two standout juniors—outside hitter Macie Smart and libero Mandy Barba—earned All-Tournament honors.

Smart put together an outstanding performance throughout the four-match tournament. The junior outside hitter was a dominant force at the net, recording 90 kills and providing the spark that powered the Bulldogs’ offense.

Barba, the Bulldogs’ defensive anchor, also made a significant impact. Despite being limited to two of the four matches due to a shoulder injury, the junior libero delivered exceptional defensive play and showcased the energy and consistency she’s known for.
