Cashmere senior Sophee Mott made history on Thursday as the Bulldogs’ first-ever girls diver to compete at the District 5 Dive Meet in Moses Lake. In a thrilling performance, Mott recorded her highest dive score of the season, earning an impressive 201.15 points in the 11-dive meet.
The standout performance not only secured Mott first place at the District Meet but also earned her a spot at the WIAA 1A/2A State Diving Championships. The WIAA 1A/2A State Dive Meet will take place on November 14-15 at the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way.
