Logan Spies (Senior | Wide Receiver/Defensive Back) Football

Logan Spies continues to etch his name into the Cashmere football history books.

The senior standout delivered another impressive performance last Thursday, helping lead the Bulldogs to a dominant 63-0 win over Wahluke. Spies hauled in 4 receptions for 74 yards and 2 touchdowns, bringing his season totals to 9 receptions, 218 yards, and 4 touchdowns.

But Spies’ impact goes far beyond a single game. He already holds multiple Cashmere All-Time Records, including:

  • Most Receptions in a Season (69 – 2024)

  • Most Receiving Yards in a Season (964 – 2024)

  • Most Touchdowns in a Season (19 – 2024)

  • Most Career Receptions (133)

His play on the field speaks for itself, but it’s his leadership and character that truly set him apart.

Head Coach Bryan Bremer:
“Logan is the kind of student-athlete who represents everything that’s special about Cashmere. He’s a selfless leader, incredibly disciplined, and carries himself with a quiet humility that earns the respect of everyone around him. Logan sets the standard, not just on the field, but in the classroom and in our community. When he isn’t making plays on the field, you can find him at the stadium or baseball diamond refereeing youth contests. Logan is the kind of young man you’d want your own kids to look up to and the kind every coach is proud to have in their program.”

Gwen Ledesma (Junior | Midfielder) Girls Soccer

Coming off a First Team All-State season, junior midfielder Gwen Ledesma has picked up right where she left off.

This past week, Ledesma played a pivotal role in two key SCAC road wins that kept Cashmere’s undefeated conference record intact at 7-0. She helped the Bulldogs hand Naches Valley their first loss of the season with a 2-1 victory, then followed that up by scoring a hat trick in an 8-0 rout of Kiona-Benton.

Her playmaking continues to fuel Cashmere’s strong start to the season.

Head Coach Dennis Tronson:
“Gwen helped the Bulldogs to two key SCAC wins with 3 goals and 3 assists during the two road wins over Naches and Kiona-Benton. Her play continues to be a key to our success in staying undefeated at 7-0 in league play.”

Ledesma’s leadership, vision, and ability to take over a game make her one of the most dangerous midfielders in the state—and a cornerstone of a Bulldogs team with championship aspirations.
